Student (Undergraduate & Graduate) applicants will receive a $50 Discount off their Hotel Room Rate (regular rate $249) at the Sheraton Boston Hotel the official CNS 2025 Meeting Hotel. A one-time use special reservation link will be sent to each winner to book their hotel room at the special discounted rate of $199.

To apply for the Student Hotel Discount, you must first be registered to attend the CNS 2025 Annual Meeting, then forward your registration confirmation to meeting@cogneurosociety.org and include a short paragraph about how presenting or attending at this year’s conference will benefit your career goals.

Important Information:

• The $50 Discount will be given on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 60 applicants. Get your registration in early to qualify!
• Winners will be notified by email. CNS’s Student Hotel Discount is only open to CNS 2025 Student (Undergraduate & Graduate) Registrants.
• The prize has no cash value and is nontransferable & cannot be exchanged.
• If CNS cannot confirm registration, the application will be forfeited.
• If CNS cannot contact the winner (via email) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at CNS’s sole discretion) CNS reserves the right to re-draw until a winner is found.
• By applying, you agree to having your name, details and/or photo published online, in print when we announce the winners.
