CNS 2025 Volunteer Application

Student members may apply to work at the conference in exchange for free registration to the CNS 2025 Annual Meeting. Volunteering at CNS is a fun and fast-paced job that consists of (6) to (8) hours of service in exchange for free registration at the meeting. Priority is given to CNS Members first. All volunteer shifts will take place on Saturday, March 29, 2025 with the possibility of a shift on Sunday, March 30, 2025. If you cannot work Saturday please do not apply.

Requirements:

1. You are required to be pre-registered (paid) to attend the annual meeting at time of application submission or you will not be considered.

2. Priority is given to CNS Members first.

Full refunds will be issued for confirmed volunteers on Wednesday, April 4, 2025 after the meeting has concluded. Please fill out the CNS 2025 Volunteer Application below at your soonest opportunity to be considered for these coveted positions.’
