CNS presents several awards at the annual meeting to recognize outstanding work by our members. Here you will find information about the various awards and listings of recipients.

George A. Miller Prize in Cognitive Neuroscience

The Prize shall be awarded to the nominee whose career is characterized by distinguished and sustained scholarship and research at the cutting-edge of their discipline and that has in the past, or has the potential in the future, to revolutionize cognitive neuroscience. Extraordinary innovation and high impact on international scientific thinking should be a hallmark of the recipient's work.

Young Investigator Awards

The aim of the Young Investigator Awards is to recognize the outstanding contributions by scientists early in their careers. Two CNS members receive this award at the annual meeting.

Distinguished Career Contributions Award

The Distinguished Career Contributions (DCC) award honors senior cognitive neuroscientists for their distinguished career, leadership and mentoring in the field of cognitive neuroscience.
