Attendees requesting disability services need to be registered to attend the CNS Annual Meeting before we can set up ADA services.

ASL Interpreter Services & Real-Time Captioning Services
ASL Interpreter Services & Real-Time Captioning Services will be provided upon attendee request for lectures within CNS 2025 Annual Meeting. The deadline to request interpreting services is February 21, 2025. It is our goal to accommodate all requests, but limitations in availability of professional interpreters means that sufficient lead time is needed to acquire their services. Closed Captioning / CART captioning is a speech-to-text interpreting service. Live event captioning benefits attendees who have a hearing loss, are deafened or deaf. If you require CART Transcription Services, please contact us in advance of the annual meeting to inquire about these services. Please contact us at meeting@cogneurosociety.org to arrange, or if you have any questions.
