Marta Kutas - 45 years of Cognitive Electrophysiology
Poetry, science history and electrophysiology are all packed into Marta Kutas' award lecture at the Cognitive Neuroscience Society (CNS) conference in San Francisco. Kutas of the University of California, San Diego, is a pioneer in the use of event-related potentials (ERPs) in studying language and the human brain -- calling ERPs "temporally exquisite instruments for investigating what the brain does – loosely, the mind.” She received the Distinguished Career Contributions Award from CNS and delivered this talk on March 28, 2015.
