Submit an Announcement

Submit a recruitment or event announcement for publication in the newsletter.

Thank you for your interest in the CNS Newsletter. The CNS newsletter is intended for CNS members only. It is a monthly newsletter designed to update CNS members on events, job opportunities, and related information in the field of Cognitive Neuroscience. The Newsletter is emailed at the first of the month to all current members.  Only postings submitted by current members or those affiliated with current members will be included in the monthly newsletter.  Please login to check to see if your membership is current.

To post an announcement to the CNS newsletter, please review the following guidelines:

  • Please use the form to submit announcements.
  • Limit employment announcements to 150 words
  • Limit event/conference announcements to 400 words
  • Your need to submit your announcement by the 25th of the previous month. (ex: submit by 11/25 for December newsletter)
  • If you'd like your newsletter to be included in multiple newsletters, please have your announcement resubmitted EACH MONTH prior to that month's deadline

NOTE: We cannot edit for content and assume that all anouncements are correct and in final form. We reserve the right to shorten the announcement. We also reserve the right to format the text. Deadline for the calendar month is always one week prior to the first of the month. Your announcement will appear one time in the newsletter, which goes out to the membership at the beginning of each month. If you would like to post for more than one month, you must resend the announcement prior to the beginning of the second month. For example if you would like to send an announcement in both January and February, you must send your announcement no later than last week of December and then resend it no later than the last week of January.
